MY name is Kieran Lovgerove, also known as Coach Lovey, and i am the creator of The naked sapien, A collection of modern ideas born of ancient philosophy. Taking wisdom from every domain of knowledge i can, I feel that i have designed a method of training which maximizes the potential of any human.
Using simple neuroscience tricks combined with my over 15 years OF experience in Professional Level athletics and training, I will engage your central nervous system like never before by inducing something called “NEUROMUSCULAR Facilitation”, fancy talk for “activating dormant muscle fibers”. Through a set of simple, but very challenging movements and poses, I guarantee you will physically feel your strength increase THROUGHOUT the first few sessions.
I spent 10 years playing professional baseball absorbing invaluable information, techniques, and wisdom from some of the best strength coaches and athletic trainers on the planet. Combined with my nearly two decades of personal study into the nature of all things, some of which INCLUDE PHILOSOPHY, Physiology, kinesiology, biology (macro and cellular), neuroscience, and more.
Coaching and Teaching others is my greatest joy in life, and watching that manifest into real, tangible results for my clients and students is what inspires me to continue learning and distilling this extraordinarily complex information TO make it ACCESSIBLE to anybody who wants it.

Personal Training Sessions
Trial Hour Session - $0 - I’m so confident in my Experience and training methods that i’m willing to give away a free hour to every potential client. During this hour, we will assess your current strength, mobility, and Proprioception together through various movements. I Will also explain my Core philosophies on Training, Lifestyle, and human optimization, aiming to make them as intuitive and natural as possible.
Closed Training Hour - $100 - Bring a couple of Friends, or keep me all to yourself. It’s your choice. It’s your hour. Booking this ensures that you will not only have a spot for yourself, but two available guest spots (which each lower your price). but If 1-on-1 focus and attention is a priority, then book this and close the hour to yourself. You deserve it.
Open Training Hour - $70 - If you consider strangers as friends you just haven’t met yet and you’re looking to save a chunk of money, the open Training hour is your best option. Discounted 30% from a 1-on-1 training session, you book one of three slots in the hour, and the other two remain open for other clients to book. Maybe you get 1-on-1 training for 30% off. Maybe YOU’LL meet your new best friend. The possibilities are endless. (Make two friends and move to CLosed sessions to save more)
BASEBALL tRAINING sESSIONS
I have one rule for every sports athlete i train, whether it be a 7-YEAR-OLD new to the game or a professional… Every athlete goes through a dynamic activation and stretch, plyometric series, and a power movement such as sprints, squat jumps, broad jumps, etc.
Because there is one simple fact that cannot be ignored when it comes to training youth athletes, specifically, ball players. Becoming a more connected, powerful, and explosive athlete makes you a better player. period. Rather than wasting money on coaches using endless repetition to drill their athletes into inflexible robots, so worried about mechanics they miss the fastball down the middle. Investing in developing coordination and strength, which play a far more SUBSTANTIAL role in advancing the capability of both pitchers and hitters at the youth level, is a far greater return on investment… And THAT’S just the first half hour.
Following a comprehensive warm-up, your athlete will RECEIVE coaching taylor-made for them based on my assessment of their current skill and ability level from the various movements of the warm-up.
The best information in the world is useless if it cannot be understood by the intended recipient. This is where i believe i stand out among all other coaches in arizona. I excel at distilling the complex nuances of physiology and kinesiology into simple and intuitive drops of knowledge CUSTOM-TAILORED to each athlete, Taking professional Level coaching and bringing it to AMATEUR athletes.
BAseball Specific Training - Each baseball training session starts with the same dynamic warm-up, which takes between 15-30 minutes, depending on the ATHLETE’S age, level, and their familiarity with the movements. Thus I will not offer 30-MINUTE lessons, as i do not believe it allows for enough of a prep routine, which is crucial to baseball athletes.
1-on-1 60-MINUTE prep and Skill work - $100 -
This ONE-HOUR session is what i consider a minimum for training an athlete. using the first 30 minutes to activate the body and queue specific movements and patterns which are related to our baseball skill. Then taking those movements and translating them to our baseball skill, whether it be Throwing, Fielding, running, Hitting, or Pitching.
1-on-1 90-minute prep, strength/speed, and skill work - $130 -
This is the goldilocks zone of training for most AMATEUR athletes. It gives the athlete and ME enough time to get into detail on movements during prep, while alloting extra time for specific strength and speed DEVELOPMENT. Speed and Strength work require recovery periods, otherwise their benefits DEMINISH. this is why the extra time is so crucial. Once our prep and strength/speed work is finished, the athlete’s body is in ideal shape for beginning our skill work.
1-on-1 120-Minute prep, strength/speed, physical and mental skill work - $160 -
Only for the most dedicated athletes who wish to compete at the highest level of the sport. These sessions cover everything the 90-MINUTE session covers physically, but has an additional 30 minutes dedicated to strengthening the mental side of the athlete. focusing on the importance of quality sleep, hydration, nutrition, and mental health TO BUILD a capable athlete, but also, a complete human.
